I am writing to tell you that I have read your article about building a new textile plant in the vicinity of our town, Leicester.

On the one hand, I strongly agree with your views. A new plant can give impetus to a small town like ours. From the point of view of economy it is a crucial investment in the region.

On the other hand, a new factory of this scale can be dangerous, too. The growing number of lorries transporting goods will strongly affect the environment, let alone, the pollution, which will deteriorate the air of this peaceful community.

I would be most grateful if you could write an article again about this matter, and you would accentuate all the advantages and disadvantages of this planned project.
